# Integrations The services you can connect to Veterian and where to connect them. Veterian does most of its work on its own. Two things it cannot do alone are sending WhatsApp messages and issuing legal electronic invoices, because both belong to services outside the software. An integration is how your clinic connects to one of those services. ## Where to Find This Section 1. Open **Clinic Admin**. 2. Go to **Integrations**. The screen lists the integrations your clinic can use, each as a card showing whether it is connected. *Manage ready-to-use integrations for your clinic.* ## What Veterian Connects To | Integration | What it gives the clinic | Available | |---|---|---| | **WhatsApp Business** | Sending appointment and vaccine reminders, invoices and campaigns over WhatsApp, and replying to what clients send back | Everywhere | | **E-Document** | Issuing an invoice as an e-Fatura, e-Arşiv or e-SMM rather than only a printed one | Turkey | Two providers are supported for e-documents, **E-Logo** and **EDM**. You choose between them; the WhatsApp side has no such choice to make. > **Note** > If a card is not on the screen, that integration is not available to your clinic — either it does not apply in your country, or your clinic's subscription does not include it. [veterian.com](https://veterian.com) covers what each plan includes. ## Guides in This Section | Guide | What it answers | |---|---| | [WhatsApp messaging](/integrations/whatsapp) | Connecting your clinic's number, which clients receive WhatsApp, and why a message might not arrive | | [E-documents](/integrations/e-documents) *(guide in Turkish)* | What to have ready before you connect, entering the details your provider gave you, and what changes on an invoice afterwards | ## Worth Knowing First - **Connecting is a clinic-wide change, not a personal one.** Once WhatsApp is on, it becomes a channel for the whole clinic's automated messages, and every client whose WhatsApp switch is on can receive them. See [Notification settings](/settings/notifications). - **An e-document integration changes what you can edit.** Once an invoice has been issued as an e-document, it can no longer be edited, and treatments can no longer be added to it. See [Create an invoice](/billing/create-an-invoice). - **Neither integration is required to run the clinic.** Appointments, records and printed invoices all work without them. ## Related - [Notification settings](/settings/notifications) — the switches that decide whether a client is messaged at all - [Create an invoice](/billing/create-an-invoice) — where an e-document is issued from
