Integrations

Veterian does most of its work on its own. Two things it cannot do alone are sending WhatsApp messages and issuing legal electronic invoices, because both belong to services outside the software. An integration is how your clinic connects to one of those services.

  1. Open Clinic Admin.
  2. Go to Integrations.

The screen lists the integrations your clinic can use, each as a card showing whether it is connected. Manage ready-to-use integrations for your clinic.

IntegrationWhat it gives the clinicAvailable
WhatsApp BusinessSending appointment and vaccine reminders, invoices and campaigns over WhatsApp, and replying to what clients send backEverywhere
E-DocumentIssuing an invoice as an e-Fatura, e-Arşiv or e-SMM rather than only a printed oneTurkey

Two providers are supported for e-documents, E-Logo and EDM. You choose between them; the WhatsApp side has no such choice to make.

GuideWhat it answers
WhatsApp messagingConnecting your clinic’s number, which clients receive WhatsApp, and why a message might not arrive
E-documents (guide in Turkish)What to have ready before you connect, entering the details your provider gave you, and what changes on an invoice afterwards
  • Connecting is a clinic-wide change, not a personal one. Once WhatsApp is on, it becomes a channel for the whole clinic’s automated messages, and every client whose WhatsApp switch is on can receive them. See Notification settings.
  • An e-document integration changes what you can edit. Once an invoice has been issued as an e-document, it can no longer be edited, and treatments can no longer be added to it. See Create an invoice.
  • Neither integration is required to run the clinic. Appointments, records and printed invoices all work without them.
