Reports

Review your clinic's financial status, customer activity, vaccine tracking, stock status, and general data in one place.

The reports are grouped by the question they answer rather than by the screen the data came from, so this page is mostly a map: find the question, then open the report that answers it.

Reports in the left menu. Search reports... narrows the list when you know roughly what you are after.

Quickly review your clinic's general data status and daily flow.

Most reports share the same three controls:

  • Period — the range being reported on, from Today through Last 12 months and This year. Future dates are not allowed.
  • Comparison — measure the period against Previous period or Same period last year. Where there is not enough history, the report says so rather than showing a misleading figure: There is not enough historical data for comparison.
  • Drill-down — in most reports a period in the list opens the detail behind the number.

An empty report is usually a filter, not a fault: There is no data available for the selected period.
